All the dishes presented here are suggestions to help you make your choice of menus. All the recipes are only ever made with seasonal products and therefore certain dishes are liable to be altered.

I give particular importance to the selection of my suppliers in order to be able to guarantee to you that the quality of the products is irreproachable.

The chef Denis Kuhn will suggest an appointment with you a few days before your event to decide upon the menu that suits you best. All our services are personalised and bespoke.
